About Me
I am a 37 year old husband and father of two. I was born and raised in Havre De Grace Maryland, but have planted my roots firmly in the expansive Texas soil. Integral theory is something that I now know I have always subscribed to, though it wasn't until a few years ago that I discovered this large community of like-minded people. Meditation is an important component to my daily existence as well as health and fitness. Ken Wilbers ILP has been a perfect fit for the direction that my life has taken in the last several years. I love the Integral Life community and look forward to years of growth from both me and you!
