Why Buddha was Republican talk was NOT

Very interesting talk that Ken Gave. I never gave much thought to the Buddhas political allegiance but it makes sense that the Buddha was a Republican!

       My leanings tend to the Left as I am for a lot of what the so called Liberals are for...Funny thing i agree with some of the values that Republicans hold dear...

      At the local bakery cafe let's call it Jasmines-The owners and workers loved George Bush and Rush Limbaugh (This is during the bush era) The funny thing is that they were some of the nicest,most sophisticated and yes, HAPPY people around. XXX Plus they had really good and expertly named pastries.

      Alas, they had a thing about the "Jews", and at least once I was asked to leave by the 30 something "philosopher king" that worked the counter lol He wanted to prove the Ontilogical Argument...He was even seen marching in the cafe with a sword in a militant way.

        They didn't condemn me for smoking either..They just told me the hard facts..ThaT CIGS DON'T make you warmer in the cold...they make you colder...Coffee? Same thing !!!

      Now they are long gone and there is one of those damn trendy cup cake places it's place..they even have a bakery for Dogs which I find interesting but strange lol

       Anyway I hope this isn't too much TMI but I just wanted to share my opinion and story and thank Ken for an interesting and revealing post. Let's hope politics goes 2nd Tier in Our lifetime. OMG p.s. The Great Maitreya Buddha is alive and living on planet Earth as we speak!!! xo xo And She is a Vegan...I believe the vegan lifestye and philosophy is good. pps It would be interesting to see a 2nd tier Vegan President of America! Hoe cool would that be. As Benjamin Franklin was a Veg And I like Benjain Franklin.
