Geoff Fitch
Geoff Fitch is a founder of Pacific Integral, where he is a creator and principal faculty for Generating Transformative Change, the acclaimed program in integral leadership and change. As an integral coach, consultant, and teacher, Geoff works with visionary individuals and organizations, bringing deep insight and innovative approaches to catalyze higher-order capacities needed for the complexity of our emerging world and to realize and fulfill our greatest potential. His work synthesizes decades of experience in organizational practice, spiritual and psychological growth, social change, and integral theory and its application and currently focuses on novel approaches for evoking later-stage capacities in individuals and collectives. For more than 25 years, Geoff has studied and worked in transformative learning and growth, business, leadership development and organizational change, where he brings deep capacities for insight, synthesis, and creativity in helping individuals and organizations to evolve in consciousness and action. Geoff combines a practical, grounded background in business, with a deep capacity with higher states and stages of development, shadow work and inter-personal capacity, integral application, and ethical practice.
Geoff is a founder of Pacific Integral and creator of Generating Transformative Change, a highly acclaimed graduate certificate program in integral leadership and change. The program – now serving its 9th cohort – is an incubator for new forms of leadership, consciousness and action designed to meet the complex, emerging needs of a more compassionate, ethical, and sustainable human society. With Pacific Integral, Geoff has also lead several multi-year strategic change and leadership development engagements with organizational clients and coached dozens of leaders to higher levels of effectiveness and realization of their potential. Prior to founding Pacific Integral, Geoff held product development, management and marketing positions with software firms in the US and internationally. Geoff’s broad business experience; deep, embodied capacity as a coach and change agent; along with his spiritual awareness and insight contribute to his abilities as a catalyst of transformative growth and change.
Geoff’s education includes a BS in computer science, magna cum laude, from Boston University, and graduate work in business, psychology and philosophy. He is a certified coach and has extensive training in business and management practice, leadership development, organizational change and facilitation. Geoff lives in Seattle, WA, and is a parent of two teenage boys.
